Our framework
Tecnoconsult’s compliance program is aligned with applicable U.S. laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and with internationally recognized best practices in corporate governance, ethics, and anti‑corruption. Consistent with our history since 1967, the company has maintained a strong record of ethical conduct and responsible business practices.
Oversight and implementation of the compliance framework are managed by Tecnoconsult’s Compliance Committee, which promotes ethical behavior, monitors adherence to policies, and supports consistent governance across all projects and locations.
