- Engineer or technician with more than 14 years of experience
- Proven experience in cost estimation, particularly CAPEX estimates
- AACE methodology
- SAP2000, APV Obras, Lulo Win NG, DataLaing MaPreX, and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE)
- Microsoft Office with advanced Excel. Intermediate to advanced English. Must reside in Caracas
