- Willing to join a paid training programme
- AutoCAD
- Intermediate to advanced English, fluent conversation

- Engineer or technician with more than 14 years of experience
- Proven experience in cost estimation, particularly CAPEX estimates
- AACE methodology
- SAP2000, APV Obras, Lulo Win NG, DataLaing MaPreX, and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE)
- Microsoft Office with advanced Excel. Intermediate to advanced English. Must reside in Caracas
Mechanical Engineer

OIL & GAS
- Less than 5 years since graduation, with engineering design experience in the oil and gas sector
- AutoCAD

- Must reside in Caracas or neighbouring areas

- More than 8 years of experience in human resources
- Talent attraction and selection, recruitment 2.0, headhunting, and employer branding
- Design and delivery of training and development programs, and onboarding
- Power BI, AI applied to HR, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365
- Intermediate to advanced English. Must reside in Caracas
