PRODUCTION FACILITIES AT THE JUSEPIN FIELD PROJECT

Tecnoconsult developed the basic engineering, detail engineering, procurement support and construction inspection for the installation of 13 wells at the Deep Jusepin Field, specifically: nine producer wells, three gas injection wells and one water injection well. The project involved the design of flow and high pressure injection lines, including material selection and routing, wellheads, wellpads, and oil, water and gas pipelines facilities.

Tecnoconsult has also designed the interconnection facilities at the main stations, and performed the basic design and cost estimates to add a new low-pressure gas recirculation compressor. With the execution of this project Tecnoconsult has achieved experience using European standards, use of well design tecchnology with both water and gas injection, and expertise in designing extra high-pressure gas injection systems.
