INCREASE LOAD TO CONVERSION PICC EL PALITO REFINERY

Aiming at increasing the production of components for gasoline mix, Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA) implemented the Project to Increase Load to Conversion in El Palito Refinery, which will increase the flexibility and operational capacity of the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Plant (FCC) to 60,000 BPD and 70,000 BPD and the Alkilation Unit to 25,900 BPM

Tecnoconsult executed the technical review of the process discipline's basic engineering to verify the consistency of the data included in documents and drawings, establish existing discrepancies, and make technical recommendations. Additionally, it included a technical audit of the detailed engineering deliverables, as well as the definition of the scope and man-hour effort required to perform the engineering according to the results of the technical audit.
