HV-8 HIGH VACUUM TOWER REVAMP

The project comprised basic and detail engineering and procurement assistance for the revamping of the HV-8 vacuum tower at the Isla Refinery, Curacao to satisfy new specifications for distilled products. The project included the replacement of the internal parts of the tower, new pumps, re-tubing interchanges, electrical facilities and instrumentation. The remodeling was necessary to meet new standards imposed by U.S Environmental Protection Agency.
