FCCU WET GAS SCRUBBER

Installation of the required facilities to control fuel-gas stack emissions of the three FCCUs in compliance with environmental regulations effective April 11, 2005 in the United States. Compliance will be achieved by installing three wet gas scrubbers (WGS) for removal of SO2 and particulate matter to mandated levels. The WGS system will produce a wastewater stream requiring further treatment before discharge.
