Our People
People are Tecnoconsult's greatest asset. Our company is recognized as a centre of learning and development that has trained a great number of technical personnel who now lead some of the most important engineering projects.
Tecnoconsult relies on highly skilled personnel in the Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Process Engineering, Computer-Integrated Engineering (CIE), Cost Estimating, Project Control, and Document Control disciplines.
Over 600 of our global employees have been benefited from development training with one of our most relevant programs, the Alignment Program for Engineering Leaders (PALI), through courses in Operating Principles, Auditing, Basic Auditor Training, and Lead Auditor Training among others. In the technological area, our staff members are trained in the use of systems such as Materials Manager, FrameWorks Plus, SmartPlant P&ID and SmartPlant Instrumentation, Primavera Expedition, InRoads, PDS, and AutoCAD. Our managers and leaders are challenged to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute.

Our Technology
Technology into engineering speeds schedules, increasing cost-effectiveness, and efficiency to our clients. At Tecnoconsult, we continue with our compromise of using state of the art design tools that permit the integration of drawings and 3D models, and engage across every phase of a project to all of a project’s multidisciplinary team members.
The work methodology employed with these tools is based on Global Concurrent Engineering and it is applicable to any project, from the revamping of small facilities to industrial, oil, and petrochemical complexes.
Tecnoconsult offices are virtually linked using the most secure technology available today. For us the electronic data security is a must, regarding availability and integrity. Therefore, vulnerability studies and security audits are randomly performed to assure our project data is kept in the most secure way and with the maximum availability.
