ACCRO III AND IV PROJECT
Tecnoconsult was selected to design and construct the III and IV phases of the ACCRO Eastern Cryogenic Complex in Venezuela. ACCRO project was composed of the expansion of the gas processing and fracionation facilities, specifically:
- Two extraction plants, Santa Barbara and San Joaquin, for processing 800 MMSCFD. The design included two identical trains with a process capacity of 400 MMSCFD each, able to recover an estimated of 56% of the ethane contained in the gas.
- A new fractionation line at Eastern Cryogenic Complex to convert 50,000 BPD of natural gas into propane, isobutene, n- butane, pentane, natural gasoline and heavy ends.
- A new LGN Pipeline from the new extraction plant to the existing NGL pipeline
- New refrigeration and storage facilities.
